Innsbruck/ Zurich, March 31, 2010 - The phion group today announced that its 100% Swiss subsidiary phion AG, headquartered in Zurich, has sold certain business assets and transferred certain liabilities to Ergon Informatik AG, a leading Swiss software company. A corresponding agreement has been signed today. The purchase price will not be disclosed. phion retains ownership of all software technology rights and the respective patents.  Ergon receives an unlimited license for use of the related software technologies as part of the agreement.
