Innsbruck, 10 March 2010 - The management board of phion AG decided today, with approval of the supervisory board, to relist the shares of phion AG within the segment mid market of the Vienna Stock Exchange from the regulated market (Geregelten Freiverkehr) to the unregulated Third Market (Dritten Markt). The main reason for this decision is that after the takeover of the company by Barracuda Networks Inc. the significantly higher costs related to a listing in the regulated market does not correspond to any apparent benefit for the company. The shares of the company will remain publicly tradable on the Third Market.
The relisting from the regulated market is expected to be notified to Wiener Börse AG according to Sec. 83 para. 4 Stock Exchange Act as of 12 March 2010. The final day of trading of the shares of the Company on the regulated market is, therefore, expected to be the 12 April 2010. The listing of the shares of the company on the Third Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange will be applied for 13 April 2010.
